Law Office Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity in Pittsfield, MA

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Salary: $20-21/hour

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9a – 5p

Job Type: Temp to Perm for right candidate


TEC is recruiting for a local law firm to help with their front office and administrative duties. The perfect

candidate for this role will be professional, responsible, and have customer service and administrative

experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receptionist duties which include seating clients and monitoring each attorney's schedule;
  2. Running errands to local banks;
  3. Opening files;
  4. Greeting walk-ins;
  5. Answering the phone and delegating calls to the correct person;
  6. Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors or Associates preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Law background a plus
  • Comfortable and quick moving on a computer and knowledgeable of all Microsoft applications
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Be highly organized
