Administrative Assistant/Office Manager Job in Pittsfield, MA
Salary: $20 - $25/hr plus benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri. 7:30am-4pm
TEC is working with a Pittsfield, MA business to fill a direct hire position for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for a busy office. This is a key role in the company and candidates must be well organized self-starters that work well with others. Excellent computer and typing skills are a must.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person
- Coordinate schedules with staff, clients and regulators
- Provide correspondence to staff and external customers
- Manage invoicing by running reports for management and mailing/emailing invoices to clients
- Run payables and receivable reports for management
- Input payroll hours into the system
- Post payments into the system
- Must be familiar with QuickBooks or Sage software
- Manage all office tasks
