Floor Sales Associate Job Opportunity in Pittsfield, MA

Direct Hire Opportunity

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 AM-4PM w/ alternating Saturdays 7AM-1PM. Sales Meetings bi-weekly on Tuesday’s at 6AM.

Pay Rate: $15-$17/HR

TEC Staffing Services is recruiting for a Floor Sales Associate. The primary role of this position is to provide customer service on the sales floor and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quotes and pricing
• Take delivery orders, phone orders, and sales orders on the floor
• Assist with general tasks such as stocking material, inventory, and maintaining the sales counter and floor
• Answering the phone
• Loading customers vehicles as needed
• Assist other staff as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• MS Office – Basic Computer Skills
• Must be vaccinated
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
