Temporary Administrative Assistant for HR/Payroll Department
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Pay: $25/hour
Length of Assignment: 3-5 weeks
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 4p
TEC is helping a local non-profit with an experience Administrative Assistant within HR and Payroll.
The majority of tasks will include:
- Data entry
- Filing
- Copying and assembly of HR/Payroll informational packets
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment, preferred HR and Payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General internet and web-based platform usage and office equipment
- Reliability, independent and motivated, with ultra-high attention to detail
- Ability to hold confidential information as employee confidential information will be accessible to this person
- Ability to pass CORI check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
