Temporary Administrative Assistant for HR/Payroll Department

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Pay: $25/hour

Length of Assignment: 3-5 weeks

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 4p 


TEC is helping a local non-profit with an experience Administrative Assistant within HR and Payroll.


The majority of tasks will include:

  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Copying and assembly of HR/Payroll informational packets


Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment, preferred HR and Payroll experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General internet and web-based platform usage and office equipment
  • Reliability, independent and motivated, with ultra-high attention to detail
  • Ability to hold confidential information as employee confidential information will be accessible to this person
  • Ability to pass CORI check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
