Location: Pittsfield
Position Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for managing accounts and providing support for the accounting and finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Answering accounting questions from vendors and departments and direct to appropriate department
- Process reimbursements, voided checks, requisitions
- Assign vendor numbers, maintain schedule of payments
- Filing
- Audit invoices/vouchers for accuracy:
- Verify bills against purchase orders
- Vendor number and general ledger accounts
- Process voucher for payment
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalency
- Accounting and/or finance experience preferred
- Data entry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Bilingual a plus

The Electrical Maintenance Technician, under limited supervision, performs varied maintenance duties necessary to ensure continuous operation of the production facilities.
The basic purpose of this position is to maintain all aspects of plant equipment, conducting preventive maintenance and repairs, and performing varied maintenance duties necessary to ensure continuous operation of the production facilities.
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and responding to maintenance and production activities.
