Schedule: Mon-Thu 6AM – 4:30PM
TEC is recruiting for a Production Machinist for an organization that is committed to serving specific needs of Law Enforcement, U.S. Military, Government, Competition, and Fire and EMS professionals.
Position Summary:
As a Production Machinist you will use blueprints, sketches, or CAD and manufacturing files to produce precision metal parts.
This position is expected to go through the summer, possibly longer.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with HAAS mill controller
- Set up and run programs as directed
- Interpret technical data
Requirements:
- General knowledge of machinery as applicable to metal-working industry
- Vocational training and/or high school diploma or GED plus relevant experience
- Knowledge of HAAS mill controller
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Good mechanical skills
