Bookkeeper Temp to Hire Position Available in Berkshire, MA
Salary: $22/hr - $25/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri. 8:30a-5pm, tax season Saturdays 9a-3p at time and a half
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for clients
- Assist clients in organizing data necessary for tax preparation
- Assist with non-tax related projects such as payroll tax filings and financial statement preparation
- Prepare all types of income tax returns with a primary focus on corporate and partnership returns
- Other trained tasks as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business or prior experience
- Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to manage your engagements and be deadline oriented
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office and computerized tax preparation software preferred
