Looking for that perfect match: Staffing services veteran opens own agency

By Tony Dobrowolski, The Berkshire Eagle

TEC Staffing Services has been featured in the Berkshire Eagle. TEC is a staffing company that specializes in providing qualified candidates to businesses within all industries in Berkshire County, including positions such as administrative assistants, customer service specialists, customer experience representatives, human resource professionals, payroll clerks, and temporary workers.

"Berkshire County does not follow the trend of the rest of the United States, typically, as far as staffing goes or even unemployment or employment. We kind of operate uniquely. We have a lot of opportunity here ... so, this is a perfect time, pandemic or no pandemic, to go into the staffing business."
