Salary: $30/hr

Schedule:  Mon-Fri. 9a-5p, but will be expected to occasionally meet with individuals in the

evening or early mornings to allow for 2nd and 3rd shift schedules

Length of assignment: Expected to last until 12/31/26 (potential to be considered as temp-to-hire)

We are working with our Client to temporarily staff a Compliance Investigator position.  This position requires candidates to have 1-3 years of experience conducting compliance investigations. This would also work great for a candidate with risk, auditing, quality assurance, etc., experience as a whole.

• Ability to maintain objective perspective from beginning to end of the investigation process
• Experience conducting document audits to support investigatory process
• Maintains confidentiality 
• Experience developing performance improvement plans, quality assurance processes, and closing the loop
• Ability to manage multiple open investigations simultaneously across programs
• Timely completion to maintain state reporting mandates
• Strong technology skills
• Flexible work schedule to be able to accommodate shift work schedules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred but will consider a candidate with significant experience.

Note:  There is a possibility that remote work would be available, but that would be allowed further into the assignment (once we gauge skills, performance, etc.).
