Salary Range: $62,000 - $72,000
Schedule: 12 hour rotating schedule

TEC Staffing is recruiting for a Power Plant, that promotes production of sustainable, renewable energy from waste.
Position Summary:
The Control Room Operator is safety conscious and will ensure quality and safety protocols are adhered to. The ideal candidate for this position is someone enthusiastic about applying best operating practices to increase efficiencies and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the plant systems
- Respond to alarms by taking appropriate corrective actions
- Executing approved plant shutdown and start up procedures
Requirements:
- Prior power industry experience with technical and supervisory responsibilities
- Experience with DCS equipment
- Must have a MA 3rd Class Engineer License or ability to acquire one within a year
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, crouching, climbing, and crawling
