Front End Loader Operator Job Opening in Berkshire County
Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week depending on candidate
Salary Range: Starting Salary $18-22/HR depending on experience
TEC Staffing is recruiting for a Power Plant, that promotes production of sustainable, renewable energy from waste.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for various hands-on tasks throughout the plant. The Utility Operator will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and operation of the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning assignments
- Grounds keeping
- Assisting with plant operations inside & outside as needed
- Assisting with maintenance inside & outside as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift & carry heavy materials
- Be able to tolerate different whether conditions
- Continuous walking, standing, climbing
- Operation of Tools & Equipment, ability to tolerate loud noise
- Forklift, Loader, and/or Hoisting License preferred
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Power and/or industrial experience is a plus
- Desire to learn & grow within a team
