Front End Loader Operator Job Opening in Berkshire County

Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week depending on candidate

Salary Range:  Starting Salary $18-22/HR depending on experience

TEC Staffing is recruiting for a Power Plant, that promotes production of sustainable, renewable energy from waste.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for various hands-on tasks throughout the plant. The Utility Operator will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and operation of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning assignments
• Grounds keeping
• Assisting with plant operations inside & outside as needed
• Assisting with maintenance inside & outside as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift & carry heavy materials
• Be able to tolerate different whether conditions
• Continuous walking, standing, climbing
• Operation of Tools & Equipment, ability to tolerate loud noise
• Forklift, Loader, and/or Hoisting License preferred

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Power and/or industrial experience is a plus
• Desire to learn & grow within a team
