Human Resource Administrator Job Opportunity in Berkshire County

Temp: 6 to 8 weeks with hopes to go long term

Salary Range: $18-25/HR DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

TEC is recruiting for a local Health & Wellness organization.

Overview:

The Human Resource Administrator will ideally have experience in benefits & leave administration and have strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate should be flexible, adaptable, quick to learn, and who possesses a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the Human Resource department
• Manage applicant tracking
• Update and manage leave administration

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
• Prior experience in leave administration 
• Prior experience in applicant tracking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude
