Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr DOE
Hours/Schedule:
Mon & Tues: 8a-4:30p, Wed & Thurs: 8a-12p
Job Summary:
TEC is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations for our client in a dynamic, small office environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting the overall success of the business through careful coordination, communication, and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office records, receipts, and files (digital and paper)
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory as needed
- Assist with payroll inquiries and related documentation
- Liaise with external vendors and professional service providers (bookkeepers, accountants, etc.)
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by identifying and resolving operational issues
- Support general administrative tasks and light project management as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office management experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal team and external partners
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
