Sales Account Manager Job Available in Berkshire County

Location: Lee, MA
Pay: Base $75k with commission $100k+
Schedule: Monday and Friday in office, Tues – Thurs Travel

TEC is recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a business services organization with a specialization in products such as uniforms, cleaning supplies, safety products, etc. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated to grow within an international company, have business to business sales experience, have a track record of proven success in their sales roles and wants to be part of a great team.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, retaining, and growing customers through effective relationship-building within an assigned territory. With a focus on rental locations, the SAM ensures timely implementation of all customer programs to exceed customer expectations, service and quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Maintain existing business relationships and current book of business by upkeep in communication, customer service, upselling/cross selling other products, etc.
• Create new relationships with new organizations and sell products
• Travel to these organizations to meet with businesses face to face and learn about their needs and check on existing products with that organization
• Travel is between Eastern NY and Central MA, Tues - Thurs
• Enter information into the software system
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• An active and valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree highly preferred
• 2-3 years of business experience and professional acumen
• Customer relations or business to business sales experience of selling products and providing service to a broad customer base
