Temporary Legal Receptionist Job Available in Pittsfield, MA
Assignment Length: March 27 – 31
Location: Pittsfield
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
TEC is helping a local, well-established law firm with reception coverage the week of March 27 – 31, and have a day (potential more) of training during the week of March 20.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Handling customer walk-ins
- Performing data entry
- Other administrative duties necessary such as filing, keeping the main room clean, etc.
Qualifications:
- Professional and courteous customer service required
- Excellent communication in all mediums required – customers, clients and others will be calling, e-mailing, and coming into the location.
- Administrative experience required
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be flexible with high volume calls and walk-ins
- High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Working in similar office settings preferred
