AP/Bookkeeper Clerk, temp to hire or direct hire for right person

Pay: $22-30/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week

TEC is recruiting for an AP/Bookkeeper position for our client in Lee, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform A/P functions such as AP entry
• Accounts receivable – enter payments from customers and send out invoices via email
• Process payroll and generate reports for two locations
• Enter appropriate journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Assemble weekly check runs for review
• Cut and mail checks
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• HR related paperwork and filing
• Filing AP paperwork
