AP/Bookkeeper Clerk, temp to hire or direct hire for right person
Pay: $22-30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week
TEC is recruiting for an AP/Bookkeeper position for our client in Lee, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform A/P functions such as AP entry
- Accounts receivable – enter payments from customers and send out invoices via email
- Process payroll and generate reports for two locations
- Enter appropriate journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Assemble weekly check runs for review
- Cut and mail checks
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- HR related paperwork and filing
- Filing AP paperwork
