Salary: $15-$17/HR (Depending on Experience)
Shifts: 3rd Shift 11PM-7AM
Position Summary:
Our client is looking for an Assembler/Operator to sort and pack medical and injection molder parts. You will ensure all parts acceptable for the final product. You will use your hands and hand tools to assemble with precision.
Position Responsibilities:
- Read instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics, following them precisely
- Collect all materials needed to begin assembly
- Sort and organize through multiple plastic parts
- Check output to ensure quality
- Keep accurate records of production
- Report any issues, malfunctions, and defective parts
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience as an assembler/operator preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Solid understanding of quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Must have a good work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to pass a background check
