Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: 20 – 30 hours to start, potential for 40 hours after training

Pay: $18 – 20/hour

Location: Pittsfield, MA

TEC is helping a local car wash recruit for a Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant to join their team. This organization is looking for a professional and customer-oriented individual to help manage different office tasks and responding to customer inquiries.



Job Duties:

• Answer customer phone calls and emails with feedback in a timely manner
• Accurately input customer information into their database and be able learn this database quickly
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or processes for monthly memberships and provide information
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and other administrative functions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Customer service experience required
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional environment with colleagues and coworkers
• Ability to learn new systems very easily and be proficient on a computer
• Ability to train easily
• Basic math skills are required
• Ability to be reliable and work both independently and with a team
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle as some travel to other car washes may be required
