Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant Position
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: 35-40 hours/week, Mon – Fri 7a-3:30p or 7:30-3:30p
Pay: $18 – 20/hour
Location: Pittsfield, MA
TEC is helping a local car wash recruit for a Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant to join their team. This organization is looking for a professional and customer-oriented individual to help manage different office tasks and responding to customer inquiries.
Job Duties:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails with feedback in a timely manner
- Accurately input customer information into their database and be able learn this database quickly
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or processes for monthly memberships and provide information
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and other administrative functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional environment with colleagues and coworkers
- Ability to learn new systems very easily and be proficient on a computer
- Ability to train easily
- Basic math skills are required
- Ability to be reliable and work both independently and with a team
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle as some travel to other car washes may be required
