Customer Service Specialist Job Available in Berkshire County, MA

Position Type:  Temp to Hire Opportunity

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Salary:  $18-$20/HR


TEC is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for a local plastics company who specializes in customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible, energetic, and have excellent phone etiquette.


Position Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with sales orders and documenting correspondences through the production process.


Responsibilities

  • Answering the phones
  • Processing sales orders and provide shipping information to customers
  • Review contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Documenting customer issues and complaints
  • Filing


Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic
