TEC is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for a local plastics company who specializes in customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible, energetic, and have excellent phone etiquette.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with sales orders and documenting correspondences through the production process.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones
- Processing sales orders and provide shipping information to customers
- Review contracts
- Invoicing
- Documenting customer issues and complaints
- Filing
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
