General Manager Job Available in Berkshire County, MA

Salary: $50-85k Depending on Experience
TEC is recruiting for a General Manager for a local hospitality organization.
Overall Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations regarding site management
- Generate and increase revenue through creative sales and marketing efforts and ensure profitability measurements are met
- Assists with procurement of operating supplies for all aspects of the business
- Provide management, leadership and mentorship to all staff
- Provide analytic and value-added insight on business operations and project support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related discipline
- OR Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in overall financials highly preferred
