Salary: $15/hr base salary plus average tips = $75k annually +

Schedule: 40-45hrs a week, 2p-9p (could be later)

Lead bartender oversees the running of the bar, from managing the team and ensuring they provide pleasant customer experience, to serving customers and dealing with administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with evening and weekend work required. Applicants looking to become a lead bartender need to be good at problem solving, organized, and have excellent communication skills. This position is well suited to people who enjoy working as part of a team, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Serv Safe and Tip certified required – we are willing to help get the right candidate certified. Compensation plus tips - $70,000 – $90,000, plus 2 weeks paid time off.

Lead Bartender Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise the bar:

• Oversee the running of the bar, ensuring high quality customer service 
• Make sure the bar is clean, neat, and well stocked at all times
• Make drinks
• Create & maintain weekly schedules
• Train staff as necessary

Administrative Duties:

• Order stock and supervise deliveries and stocking
• Execute menu content – with help from Executive Chef
• Keep social media up to date with relevant content
• Plan in house events to increase revenue flow
