Assignment Length: Through August 2026

Location: Pittsfield

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm

TEC is helping a local, well-established law firm with reception coverage until the end of August.  No flexibility on dates.

Job Duties:

• Answering phones and transferring calls
• Handling customer walk-ins
• Performing data entry
• Other administrative duties necessary such as filing, keeping the main room clean, etc.

Qualifications:

• Professional and courteous customer service required
• Excellent communication in all mediums required – customers, clients and others will be calling, e-mailing, and coming into the location. 
• Administrative experience required
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to be flexible with high volume calls and walk-ins
• High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors preferred
• Working in similar office settings preferred
