Service Administrator/Coordinator Job in Central Berkshire County

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Confidential – Central Berkshire County

Pay: $25/hour (OT after 40 hours)

Schedule: 48 Hours Mon – Fri 8-5, Saturday 8-4, 40 hours would include Wednesdays off


TEC is helping a local service industry recruit for a Service Administrator/Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have project coordination experience with excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit excellent customer service by speaking with clients about their needs of service via phone, email or in-person conversations
  • Inputting these tasks into a software to create work orders for each project/service
  • Schedule services on a daily basis and communicate the work orders to service technicians
  • Communicate the schedule to customers to coordinate the service
  • Review the task lists with the service technicians when they return to ensure full completion of projects
  • Communicate with customers to report how the job went and if there are/were any problems and any follow up service/appointments needed
  • Billing customers through QuickBooks
  • Research and order parts for current or future service needs
  • Other duties necessary.


Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in computers and different programs required, QuickBooks or billing software highly preferred
  • Organization and time management experience required
  • Project coordination experience preferred
