Service Coordinator Temp-to-Hire Job Opening in Berkshire County
Temp to Perm
$18.50 - $19/hr
Mon-Fri: 8-4:30pm
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer phones (high volume) and direct call to appropriate team member
- Identify if call is for service or a planned maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task and answer multiple phone lines
- Register equipment with carrier
- Assist with reviewing invoices and mailing them
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Assist Planned Maintenance Manager with contract renewals and setting up tasks and equipment in the system
- Review accounts receivable and conduct collection calls for outstanding invoices

The basic purpose of this position is to operate the carbonating and slaking systems and related equipment used to produce PCC and GCC products.
