Mon-Fri:  8-4:30pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer phones (high volume) and direct call to appropriate team member
• Identify if call is for service or a planned maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task and answer multiple phone lines
• Register equipment with carrier
• Assist with reviewing invoices and mailing them
• Assist with ordering office supplies
• Assist Planned Maintenance Manager with contract renewals and setting up tasks and equipment in the system
• Review accounts receivable and conduct collection calls for outstanding invoices
