Accounting Clerk/Office Assistant, Direct Placement Job in Berkshire County
Salary: $24/hr plus benefits
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5p
We are working with our automotive client to staff a full-time Accounting Clerk/Office Assistant position. Candidates must be customer service oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and have high attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- AP/AR processing
- Online vehicle registration
- Submit financial paperwork to lenders
- Calculate trade payoffs and acquire titles
- Audit deal paperwork in compliance with state and manufacturer requirements
- Cross train with other office personnel
- Assist with answering the phone, cashier, filing and other general office duties
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a CORI
- Strong computer skills (knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Maintain professional appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
