Facilities Associate Job in Williamstown, MA

Pay: $19.25/hour

Location: Williamstown, MA

Hours: Second shift, Tues – Saturday 2pm – 10pm

TEC is helping a local organization recruit for a 2nd shift Facilities Associate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders for various tasks and building projects as needed.
• Cleaning up all assigned areas and maintaining a safe environment
• Assist with landscaping and keeping grounds safe by shoveling and pouring sand
• Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms
• Maintain lighting of all areas.
• Assist with set up and break down of events/meetings by moving furniture, setting up chairs and tables, and more.
• Maintain cleaning equipment
• Clean and maintain carpet and floor spaces
• Use ladders and scaffolding as needed – set up ladders and scaffolding
• Help any visitors with questions about the facility if necessary

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• The ability to read and follow instructions is required
• Must have the ability to push, pull, lift, etc. 50 pounds
• Must be able to use and set up a ladder/scaffolding
• Must be able to be and work on feet for long periods of time
• Must have a driver’s license
• Must be reliable and understand how to operate safely
• 3+ years of experience preferred
