Salary:  $15-16/HR

Schedule:  Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu 7AM-3:30PM

Location:  South County

TEC is recruiting for a Janitor for a Non-Profit Organization.

Position Summary:

This position will perform general janitorial tasks for office spaces and common areas to maintain the property. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, cafeteria, and common areas
• Various cleaning duties throughout common areas such as vacuuming, mopping, changing garbage’s
• Monitor supply closet, restock paper and cleaning supplies as needed
• Assist with seasonal duties as requested such as making sure sidewalks are cleared
• Perform other cleaning/janitorial tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Must be a problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work – up to 30lbs, and being able to handle walking, kneeling, standing, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc...
