TEC Staffing Services is recruiting for a Community Behavioral Health Organization. The organization provides high quality, comprehensive behavioral health services to Berkshire residents through community-based services that promote the highest possible degree of recovery, independence, and quality of life of those served.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing calls for medical staff members, scheduling client appointments, managing medical charts and related information and assists with providing general front-desk support for our outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Screening incoming calls for medical staff
• Returning calls within the same day
• Data Entry
• Insurance Verifications
• Making sure Medical Charts & Records are organized, filed, and up to date
• Assist medical staff and clients with resources as needed
• Scheduling Appointments and Reminder Calls

Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Associates Degree Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
• 1-2 years of Medical Office Experience
