Pay: Base $50-55k/year depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus

TEC is helping a dynamic company recruit for a Sales Manager. This person should be a people-person and results-driven and contribute to this organization’s continued growth. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for digital & print marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our advertising products and strategy. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies across various channels, including but not limited to search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
• Develop new initiatives to sell and execute campaigns effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices.
• Manage two employees. 

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in advertising sales, with a focus on both print and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
