Store Manager – High End Candy Shop
Salary: $18-20/hr (training period), $22/hr (after training period) plus benefits
Hours: 10a-6p, Store is open 7 days a week so schedule will vary
Location: Great Barrington, MA
Our South County client is looking for a self-motivated, driven, customer focused Store Manager. This position presents an opportunity for growth in a managerial position. Candidates must be professional, reliable and flexible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the shop
- Manage a staff of 2-3 clerks
- Open and close the shop per the company procedure manual
- Conduct daily balancing of the register
- Provide top notch customer service
- Ensure shop is tidy, clean and presentable to the public
- Restock candy as needed
- Ensure deliveries of inventory are received and stocked promptly and correctly
- Become knowledgeable of products and be able to answer customer questions
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to life 50lbs
- Must be able to climb and balance on a ladder (shelf stocking)
