Company Overview:
TEC is recruiting for a locally owned and operated HVAC and plumbing company serving the Berkshire County area. This Truck Driver/Shop Laborer looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join us in a dual role as a Truck Driver and Shop Laborer.

Position Summary:
This role involves picking up and delivering materials to job sites and assisting with general yard and shop duties. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company truck/van to pick up materials and deliver them to various job sites
• Assist with basic yard maintenance and shop organization when not driving
• Break down and dispose of cardboard and packing materials
• Perform seasonal tasks such as salting and plowing (training provided)
• Support technicians with shop preparation and equipment loading

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to take direction
• Team-oriented and positive attitude and good communication skills
